You have the right to have your vehicle repaired at the shop of your choice, regardless of who you are insured by.

Choose a shop that has uni-body repair equipment and certified I-CAR technicians.

Never drive a car that could be unsafe because of damaged parts, broken glass or missing and or broken lights.

Payment is due when your repairs are complete and your vehicle is picked up. We accept cash and all major credit cards. We do not accept checks. If your claim is covered by insurance, your insurer pays its portion of the repair, and you are responsible for your deductible and any items your policy does not cover.

By law, you are only required to obtain ONE repair estimate.

OTTO WORKS COLLISION CENTER has a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all body and paint. Parts carry a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty.
